UPDATES

Hi all:

Dates:
-- Tuesday, Dec. 1, is next board meeting  7 PM (delayed one week due to Thanksgiving holiday)
-- Friday, Dec. 4, Annual Dreams Landing holiday party.  Details to follow
-- Saturday, Dec. 5, Dreams Landing annual meeting. 9 AM

Railings in DL:  We've learned that our railings can be easily cleaned up (Turner Trippe did with Tilex).  This came up at the last board meeting when we were considering hiring a painting contractor and it turns out that we may not have to spend that money, except where there's rust.

Fitness club fees are being reduced...see minutes on-line for details (
www.dreamslandingcondo.com)

Reminder, especially to new owners, any architectural changes need to be ok'd.  See the web site for rules.

Another reminder....recreational use (fishing, crabbing, etc.) of the marina piers is limited to boat slip owners or their leasees.  See the web site for rules.

Vicki for the board

Q After living in the Washington area my entire life (I'm now 68), my wife and I retired to another state in January 2007. We tried to sell our Virginia condo while purchasing a new home where we now live. The D.C. market was in bad shape, and we were unable to sell. We decided to rent our condo...
