Railings in DL: We've learned that
our railings can be easily cleaned up (Turner Trippe did with
Tilex). This came up at the last board meeting when we
were considering hiring a painting contractor and it turns out
that we may not have to spend that money, except where there's
rust.
Reminder, especially to
new owners, any architectural changes need to be

Another
reminder....recreational use (fishing, crabbing, etc.)
of the marina piers is limited to boat slip owners or their
