The Board of Directors has initiated a monthly rental fee of $4.00 ($48.00 per year) for each dinghy rack space to replace the previous annual charge.

For those of you that store a boat on the dinghy rack, or wish to do so:

 Attached is a DinghyRack Registration/Rental Form . If you want to store your boat on the dinghy rack, please print and complete the form and return to Turner Trippe, 403, by July 1, 2009. This form also sets up your method of monthly payment.

 Only residents of Dreams Landing may store a boat on the dinghy rack. There will be one rental charge per space, but all boats on the rack must be registered and stickered after July 1, 2009.

 If you currently have a boat on the dinghy rack and do not wish to continue to do so under this program, please remove your boat(s) by July 1, 2009.

 Again, after July 1, 2009, all boats in each space on the dinghy rack will be required to have the new sticker affixed that will be provided upon completing and returning this Registration / Rental form.
